I'm trying to fit and centralize a layer in the load process. But...
Is it the code:

ImageEnView1.IO.Params.PSD_LoadLayers:=true;
with ImageEnView1.IO do
LoadFromFile(TAlbumItem(cxCheckListBoxAlbumFiles.Items[vSel].ItemObject).p_FullPath);

imageEnView1.Fit;
imageEnView1.Zoom:=100;

do not work.

Fit only functions for the bitmap in layer 0. Set the Layer's PosX and PosY to position each layer you want to fit. Something like this....
ImageEnVect1.LayersSync := False;
ImageEnView1.Layers[ImageEnView1.LayersCurrent].PosX := 0;
ImageEnView1.Layers[ImageEnView1.LayersCurrent].PosY := 0;
ImageEnView1.Layers[ImageEnView1.LayersCurrent].Width :=
  ImageEnView1.ClientWidth;
ImageEnView1.Layers[ImageEnView1.LayersCurrent].Height :=
  ImageEnView1.ClientHeight;

Also Do not Call Fit then set Zoom to 100 as Zoom will override Fit.
