I can use umageEn to capture image from many scanners except any RICOH machine.
There is a TWAIN driver installed and others programs work fine, but my program (ImageEn) and even your demo program can't connect with the scanner.
I don't know why.
Has someone some idea what I can to do or what to show here?

So, the Ricoh Scanner does not even appear in the Twain devices list?
