Can you please tell me the fastest way to convert a Bitmap to an IEBitmap ?

Easiest way to convert between bitmap and IEBitmap is to assign, e.g.

MyIEBitmap.assign( MyBitmap );

or the other way:
MyIEBitmap.CopyToTBitmap( MyBitmap );
