What is the fastest way to produce a bitmap with Diagonal (45 Degrees) Text? Is adding a Text Object and Merging the way to produce such a bitmap?

e.g. ImageEnVect1.ObjFontAngle = 45;

I suggest creating a rotated text layer, then merge the layer using version 7.x
