Hello,

I this is a bug.

If we set LegacyBitmap to False then ImageEn cannot save image files using LayersSaveMergedTo.

Please do check into this.

Works fine when I test it here.

Also, LegacyBitmap=False is the default state for almost all our testing, so I would expect to regularly see issues if LayersSaveMergedTo (which calls the frequently used LayersMergeAll) could not handle it.
