Hello,

I am trying out BrushTool as an alternative to the NWS PaintEngine library that we are using for Image Editing.

When there is any selection the original NWS PaintEngine library actually paints only withing the selection while current implementation of BrushTool does not take selection into consideration.

How to solve this and force the BrushTool tool to paint only in selection when selection exist?

I have not yet tried but, I think this same problem would also be in case of CloneTool!

That is not yet supported, but we'll look at it for a coming update.
