ImageEnView.MouseInteract := [miSelectCircle];
if ImageEnView.Selected then Returns False
 ImageEnView.Deselect;

ImageEnView.MouseInteract := [miSelect];
if ImageEnView.Selected then Returns True ImageEnView.Deselect;

All forms of ImageEnView.Selected should return true for all types of selections.
This is unexpected and I have not encountered this before.
