Is there any way to obtain the metadata of heic files?
Gps coordinates, date of acquisition?

Support for WIC meta-data is on the to-do list. I hope to investigate after the 8.3.0 release.

We have not implemented for HEIC as yet. Do you have some example files I can test?

I could not find a way to extract meta-data from HEIC files using WIC.
