Is it just me or does anybody else have the same problem?

I requested the download link for the latest version (8.5) twice at this link

but didn't receive any answer yet.

I also didn't receive anything. Maybe he is busy :-)
Would be nice if they changed the system to auto email all license holders automatically with the most recent links, as soon as the release gets out, with no need to manually check and email and wait and for them to process by hand.
Would be the best and most convinient for all i think. At least i would prefer it over the current way.

Hi

I've just sent keys for both of you. Please email me if it does not arrive.

In most cases (same email address used as when ordering), key requests are responded to automatically (response < 1 hour). If it needs to be manually processed it may take up to ten hours. Anytime you don't receive a key request within a day, assume we have not received your message.

Hi Ruediger

I have received both messages. I don't believe there is an issue with our mail server, but there does seem to be a problem with our web form submission that can sometimes generate an error (which we are still trying to get to the bottom of).
