If you are creating ImageEn apps for Windows 10 PE, you may need to undefine AVI support in ie.inc (i.e. remove IEIncludeAVI).

This prevents ImageEn from statically linking to 'avifil32.dll'. AVI loading is still supported via DirectShow.
