In the help Doc#65306;
The following are unsupported when EnableFormatting=True
- A FillColor is required. If clNone is specified, the background will be white.
So, how to add a tranparent RichText Layer?

Hi

Transparent rich text layers are not possible (because the Windows Rich Text control does not support Alpha).
