Does it see other scanners? Are you checking both Twain and WIA drivers?

Do other generic scanning apps on the system see the scanner?

Yes

Yes, both

XnView sees scanner and allows to scan.

Hmm, I'm not sure what is happening there. Are both apps the same bitness (32 or 64?).

Can you post the log that was generated by the All Acquire demo?
