I have developed a sample Rich Text editing project.
I am facing following problems:
If Rich Text (EnableFormatting) is True then the Background of text layer comes up as White. How to make it transparent?
If EnableFormatting is False then use it not able to enter multiple line (paragraphs) by hitting Enter Key. How to enable user to enter multiple paragraphs?
1. Rich Text does not support transparency, so it looks terrible if you enable it. 8.7.6 does not allow it. The upcoming 9.0.0 allows it (but it still looks terrible).
2. You need to enable {$define AllowReturnsInTextLayers} in ie.inc
