In mspaint:
File | Open
CTRL + A
CTRL + C

In our program:
ImageEnProc1->PasteFromClipboard();
or
ImageEnProc1->PasteFromClipboard(iecpFullImage);

result - AccessViolation error

I cannot reproduce that. What version of Windows and Delphi are you using?

Is ImageEnProc1 attached to a TImageEnView?

Yes
But with
ImageEnView1->Proc->PasteFromClipboard();
I see the same result - AV error
