If I display the Layer Properties dialog, or just drag the color picker onto a portrait mode monitor, the color picker gets messed up like the attached image. Dragging it back to a landscape mode monitor immediately fixes the problem.
I've also discovered an odd behavior with the auto toolbars for layers. I'm using the select toolbar. It correctly displays when I click on a layer, UNLESS the layer is touching the right edge of the image. Dragging the layer just a little to the left causes the toolbar to display. loPreventOutOfBounds doesn't seem to have any effect.
The richedit toolbar for layers is somewhat more of a problem. The layer select toobar centers itself over a layer and slides around with the layer, if the layer is dragged. When the layer select toolbar itself hits the right edge of the screen, it shifts leftward to keep the whole toolbar in view.
The richedit toolbar aligns itself with the left edge of layer. If the layer is too close to the right edge of the screen, the toolbar just goes over the edge and the user can't see any buttons that are off screen.
I've been working with the auto toolbars and really like them. I am surprised there is no available icon for RichEdit Zoom. It wouldn't be appropriate for layers, but sure would be nice for using TIERichEdit as a regular text editor. I'm probably about to have to learn how to make a custom button, which apparently is possible. I'll start with a custom button for the strike through font. You are keeping me busy with all your new features!
