Hello,
since version 10.2 i have error by use
ImageEnView1.SelectionMaskDepth := 8;
In your example SoftSel it's the same see pictture.
What can i do.

That issue should be fixed in 10.3.0. What version are you using?

I used 10.1.0.

Yes, this problem is solved in the new version.
