At the moment there are no plans to support FireMonkey in the near future.

Ok.

I'm looking for C++ IDE that perform cross-compiling. Is there the possibility to use ImageEn on any C++ IDE? For example Qt.

The unique "C++ IDE" supported is the Embarcadero C++Builder (as VCL forms application).
