I think this issue was never resolved. I am running 10.3.5. In design time, the wallpaper shows fine but in run time, the imageenview becomes blank. This 2 imageenview show a locked image for the aspect ratio. I have attached both screenshot. any idea what can go wrong ?

Hi Pierre

The default size of a TImageEnView's bitmap is the width and height of the control, so call Blank() to see the wallpaper.

Ok, will try that. Should i insert that in my oncreate or onshow event ?

It should not matter, so use OnCreate to avoid a repaint.
