Hello everyone,

Is there a way to prevent IEOpenFolderDialog from shifting right and down every time it opens?
Is there also a way to specify the size of Imageen's dialogs?

Actually TIEOpenFolderDialog should always open in the center of the main form. Can you show me your code?

and please excuse me for reopening this topic - I have the same problem. The IEOpenFolder-Width is much to wide and the "OK"-button is for a half out of the Screen.

The code is the following:

procedure TfPVMain.actOpenFolderExecute(Sender: TObject);

    if (MyOptions.sLastFolder<>'') and (DirectoryExists(MyOptions.sLastFolder)) then begin
        IEOpenFolderDialog1.Folder := MyOptions.sLastFolder;

        MyOptions.sLastFolder := IEOpenFolderDialog1.Folder;
        _LoadFolderImages(IEOpenFolderDialog1.Folder);
    end;
end;


ImageEn version 15.2.1, Windows 11 with actual state.
I was looking if it is possible to set position and size of the dialog box but I found nothing.

Hello Nigel,

I’ve now identified the reason for this unusual behavior. It has nothing to do with ImageEn, but rather the following: I am using a 4K monitor that has been downscaled to 2K with 150% scaling. I copied everything over to my laptop—which has a "standard" monitor—and the size and positioning are fine there. Sorry for the trouble.

The standard ImageEn dialog does not work well with scaling. You are better to enable ModernDialog:
