If after reinstalling Delphi 12 you receive the error:

Could not load ParnassusCoreEditor library for platform XAthens
DLL Name: ParnassusCoreEditor.dll

Delete the Parnassus registry items in:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\23.0\Experts
