I take the PDFViewer Demo application and add this line to the OnCreate:

ImageEnView1.PdfViewer.ShowAllPages := true;

Now if I load certain PDF Files I get a load of errors "Failed to get char box" every time I just click into the pdf.

Please contact me then I can send you an example PDF.
