What might cause an up to 5 minute delay during IETW_OpenSourceManager?

None of the other clients are experiencing issues, so it's local to this PC...we just don't really have anything else to go on. What do we look at?

Do you have other scanner software on that system. Can you see if there is any delay with that?

Sorry for the delay - Holiday here -

From my support team - They ended up getting it resolved by removing every single scanner/printer on the system and reinstalling one by one.
