TextStyling.Border

1. Added setting for Border transparency
Currently:
BorderColor: TColor; //RGB
Expected:
BorderColor: TAColor; //ARGB

2. Border styles
Currently:
Border styles only support solid lines
Expected:
Border styles will support both solid and dashed lines
Dashed lines will have adjustable spacing

Hi

We have added TIECanvasTextStyling.BorderTransparency in the current beta.

I don't think we can add dashed line support there, however.
