if vector objects have softshadow properity,when I move image or select objects ,the image always flash and softshadow can't see.

Yes the same thing ocurrs here. It must be designed that way.

This is the default behavior in order to improve user interaction.
To disable it please set:

ImageEnVect1.ObjEnableFastDrawing := false;
