I meant to say what do you mean? If you mean.. can objects be placed on a layer... then the answer is no.. All objects appear on layer 0.
What is multi vector? If you mean... can an object be composed of two different objects, then the answer is no.

I know imageen support only a vector layer in layers.

You can assign each vectorial object to a different image layer.
