Hello.
Please, take a look at the decoding errors in the following Tiff files:

These are monochromatic Tiffs with alpha channel.
One of the few programs that are able to decode them correctly, and that I was using as a reference, are ImageMagick and GraphicsMagick (imdisplay/gmdisplay).
