I'm using DelphiXE on windows 7 and am getting "The procedure entry point @Ievision@initialization$qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link library PKIECtrl15.bpl." after a 4.3 installation I just purchased. I saw the earlier similar post for XE2 and have scoured my hard drive for other PKIE*.bpl references - same with the designer ones. I'm positive I don't have any or *.dcp files of the same nature. I even tried to re-compile like the help said (it was somewhat off - I had to copy the DPK's from the \Delphixe directory back a directory into source to get that to work - the installation instructions didn't mention this. Recompiling still gives me the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks, Rhett

Is anyone else having this problem? I have a lot of experience with 3rd party installs and I think there is a legit issue in this case. Any help would be great as I can't upgrade. Thanks! - Rhett

Hi Rhett

Are you sure you don't have another package that links in PKIECtrl15.bpl, and that needs to be recompiled?

Got it worked out. It wasn't that - but it appears my Explorer file search wasn't showing me a .bpl that was in \windows\system32 (I only saw the one in SysWOW64). Thanks for the help. - Rhett
