1. How long will it take to process my order?
You will receive your keys by e-mail within 24 hours (typically within 8 hours). If you order using a freemail address (such as hotmail.com or yahoo.com) it may take longer.
2. Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a full 60 day "No questions asked" Money-back guarantee.
3. What kind of support will I receive?
We provide prompt e-mail support and a user forum for ImageEn.
With your purchase you will receive 12 months free updates. After 12 months you will need to purchase a registration extension if you require updates.
5. Will a disk be sent out to me?
We generally do not send out ImageEn, we prefer you to download it from our web page so you have the latest version. If you require a disk we can have one sent to your for $10 P&P.
