Manual Download of Installation Zips
When installing ImageEn, packages for your required Delphi versions are downloaded automatically. On some corporate networks or proxy configurations, this download may fail with the error:
| Sorry, your package files could not be downloaded. Check your internet connection and/or firewall, then click "Retry". If the problem continues, click "Cancel" to terminate setup, then download the packages manually using the link in your order email. Save them to the same folder as the ImageEn installer and run it again. For more information, visit: http://imageen.com/DL/ |
If this happens you should download the zip files for each Delphi version manually and then run the installer:
1. In your order email, there will be a link to download your packages:
2. Follow the link. For each version of Delphi/C++Builder that you'll install, download the necessary packages.
You must download both 32bit and 64bit versions, and for Delphi 12+ you also require the 64x version.
3. Copy/save the package zips to the same folder the installer (do not unzip them).
Your install folder should look something like:
4. Run the installer again.
