I have a application where I need to display pictures taking into account their color profile.
I've made many tests and found that it's because my application is built for Windows 64 bit.
Attached a very simple Delphi project reproducing the bug, with a picture for testing. I use ImageEn 14.2.0

I'm not seeing that. When I add ielib64.dll to your EXE folder the color profile is applied giving a purplish image:

When IEGlobalSettings().EnableCMS := False;

What is your value for ActiveJPEGEngine:
