Please, take a look at the decoding errors in the following Tiff files: https://neosys.si/helpdesk/public_files/MM/Tiffs_with_Decoding_Error.7z These are monochromatic Tiffs with alpha channel. One of the few programs that are able to decode them correctly, and that I was using as a reference, are ImageMagick and GraphicsMagick (imdisplay/gmdisplay). -- Regards, Matej.
