No scanners found in updated Citrix environment (1912 LTSR, Windows server 2019). Same code is working in old environment. Twacker and other applications detects scanners.

IETW_LoadSourceManager does not Load?

Hi

To clarify, if you run a 32bit application on that environment, such as Windows Fax and Scan, it can see the scanner?

Also, that your application is 32bit.
