I need to create a portable application that show eps files... i cannot install ghostscript or other packages.
What is the simple way?

If the EPS files contains a preview then you can show that preview.

Otherwise you will have to copy all the related Ghostscript files in your exe folder and use it.

You will not have to distribute separate installation of Ghostscript.
