Hi,
I have a project I have been working on for three years. Every now and then I make improvements to it. Suddenly it won't compile. Here is the Error message I am getting:
[dcc32 Fatal Error] Main.pas(8): F2051 Unit iewords was compiled with a different version of hyiedefs.TMsgLanguageWords
When I first discovered this problem I had made only a tiny change and that couldn't have caused this problem. It is possible I have done an update to ImageEn since the last time I ran this project, but I don't think so. I read about this problem on the internet but still cannot find the fix. I am using Delphi XE7.
What do I do ?

It looks like when you reinstalled ImageEn you installed it in a location that was different that your older version. You have two different versions of iewords.dcu in your Delphi folder search path. Delphi is finding a version of iewords compiled with a earlier version of Delphi. Just search your hard drive to remove the duplicate dcu's and rebuild your project and then it should run.

Thank you. That seems to have fixed it.
