Is there a way to find an image similar to the one I have? Something like google image search?

IEVision supports some OpenCV features like

Image Matching:

And Image Classification:

https://www.imageen.com/files/demos/run/IEVision/TrainCascadeClassifier/TrainCascadeClassifier.zip

But they are not really comparable to the Google's image search.
