1. Go go: https://cloud.google.com/vision
2. Login with a Google account
3. Create or select a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) project
4. Enable the Vision API for that project
5. Enable the Billing for that project
6. Create a API Key in "Credentials"

Hi

If you are getting API issues, ensure that you have enabled the "Google Vision" API for that key (or remove API restrictions):
