JBIGlib.dll placed in the program folder
added IEAutoLoadIOPlugins in the code

It is my understanding that JBIG is lossless.

Hi

I cannot recall whether the JBIG DLL supports saving. Does ImageEnView.IO.SaveToFile('D:\image.jbig') work?

You can save to JBIG if ImageMagick is installed on the system:
